1.Thick phone case is strongly suggested to be REMOVED while charging. You can charge cellphone with case, but the speed will be slower than without phone case.
2.We recommend you use QC 2.0/3.0 adapter(5V 2A/9V 1.67A) and included cable for fast charging, otherwise it may cause discontinuous charging.
3.This wireless car charger only apply for qi devices, for phones do not come with wireless charging capacity you need to prepare a wireless phone charger receiver card for it.
4.The sound of the telescopic clip will a little loud when powered on, please understand.

charger was packed really good. looks very professional, although I am taking off a star, because the cord is very short, so if you want to place it on your left hand side, the lenght is not enough, now I have to buy another cord to place it where I want it to be. Charges ok, not that it's super fast, but fine for car use.
